Default Weird electrical issues

I have a 1993 Trans Am, and the electrical system acts really funny. The rear brake lights and the turn signals work fine until I turn on the headlights. When the headlights come on, the turn signals become really slow and the brake lights quit working except for the small one in the spoiler.
Another issue that the car has is one day I came home and the headlights were sticking straight up while my car had been parked there for a few days. The lights still work, but the motors won't go down. I've checked all of the fuses, and they are fine. I swear the car is posessed...lol.
The battery was also draining when the car would be parked for a short while. I know the alternator is just fine, and the battery is good. I just had them replaced and tested. I yanked out the cheap aftermarket alarm system with remote start, and the battery seems to be doing better now, but the headlights, turn signals, and brake lights still act really weird. Any ideas guys? Thanks in advance.

My guess would be a bad ground. Good luck finding that!

lol, if I only had the money! I just put a new 383 in it, so I plan on keeping it for a while. I'm betting it's a bad ground too. I wish it could be something simple like a relay.
