A weird problem

A weird problem i have a 93 firebird..automatic 140k
mods in sig....
i have been having a weird issue with it where when im driving and it gets under a load it breaks up (seems to get real rich) around 1500 -2200 rpms then it clears up and runs fine. the car runs and idles fine when cold but when it gets warm it gets worse.
I have replaced the folowing in the past year:
opti x3 (did this leaving the shop after the 3rd so i think it pretty much eliminated the opti from the problem), water pump, head gaskets, tps, alternator, battery, coil, plugs, wires, coolant temp sensor, map, icm,
and it doesnt run any different. Sometimes it will run worse other times it wont happen. When it starts to miss the voltage drops from 14 to 12.8 but this could just be from the rpms dropping. also the coolant needle jumps around with the throttle almost like a tach and will peg all the way out and other times will be normal....i have had it on a snp on scanner driving around and everything is fine no check engine ligths, codes nothing...
Could this be a fuel issue like getting too much,intermittent injector, could this be my ecu (tried with stock chip and aftermarrket)?? Im losing my mind trying to figure this out could this be my IAC, or my EGR...idk
any help would be helpful...anyone with similar problems and what has solved theres
