LT1-LT4 Modifications 1993-97 Gen II Small Block V8

Is there a difference between the 97 lt1's valve spring caps &

Default Is there a difference between the 97 lt1's valve spring caps &
the lt4's valve spring caps... reason i ask is because i change valve springs and only recieved 8 caps... anyway i used calipers and measured the lt1 and lt4 caps and they were identical...

i have an lt1/lt4 rebuild book and the only cap part #'s it calls out are for 93-96 regular and lightwieght caps for aluminum heads and lt4 lightwieght caps...

did not mention a part number for the 97 lt1's...

does anyone know if they are different?

Some shop books etc, only list the lt1 parts to 96. I believe this is because the LS1 came on the Vetts starting in 97.
