How much are the parts for this?
At minimum you'll need new intake gaskets, rags, Copper RTV, brake parts cleaner, and patience.
Id get some degreaser and a TB gasket and go ahead and give the intake and TB a good thorough cleaning before putting them back on.

The price is a little high, by at least 25-45%.
The head gasket fix is a bit of work, since it requires removing the exhaust manifold. But the intake manifold leak is easy to fix. The gaskets go on the left and right side, and the RTV is used for the rear. This is where the leak actually occurs, and happens to 99.99% of all LT1s. The cost of this (if you do the work) is minimal, perhaps 100 total.
You will have to spend 600-800 on the brakes and tires, depending on what tires you select and how much it takes to fix the brakes (does it need rotors, does it need calipers?).
Down where you live, the A/C would be my biggest worry. Is it just a slow leak that finally got too bad, or does some major component need to be replaced. At least count on replacing the dryer, which is what takes the moisture out of the lines.
So you are looking at no less that 1000, and probably closer to 1500-1700, in repairs to bring it up to snuff. Just my opinion and my estimates.
Best of luck.
