Default Question about the EVAP line and Can

Question about the EVAP line and the removal or capping the line at the fuel tank and removal of this piece on my 94 Z-28 LT-1 motor....

A) Will this have any effect on the car performance better or worse
B) Were is the EVAP Can located and can it be remove with out any effect on car
C) Some detail for this will help and some detail how to remove if that is the option is helpful
D) Looking at the purchase of the racetronic LT1 kit and the steel braid line upgrade is in the project soon

NEED to be sure before I do this ...DO NOT WANT TO HURT CAR IN ANY WAY

Thanks

I have done it and I have had 0 issues with it. You will need to tune this out with LT1 Edit or HP Tuners. The solenoid is on the same bracket as the opti harness on the pass side of intake. There are lines running to the throttle body and of course the fuel line, which crosses under the TB over to the those. You will need to cap the line on the TB and if you are doing the fuel hose mod, just cap the line under the car.
