Default hmmm......low trac light?

so today when I braked for a stop sign, this 'low trac' light lit up on the dash.
What in the world does that mean? It wasn't a fast brake either, and I dont have ASR either. What gives?

it goes on when u brake or drive fast over bumps the tires might have skid a little or slipped i think it goes on before the full traction control kicks in

It's ABS kicking in. You must of slid on some fine rocks or something. I know from braking in the snow.

actually it sounds like the speed sensors in teh front hubs are going out.

That is exactly what was happening to my TA.

Coming to a slow stop the light will come on and then you will be able to feel the brake pedal vibrate lightly and even you can hear the ABS pump cycle.
I havent fixed mine because its expensive and now its easier to burn out and get sideways.

^^ I was going to say that aswell, but it was a one time thing. If it does it often, then yes, the speed sensors are at fault.
