Need so help before i do this or spend money

-Looking into the hooker LT headers & ORY pipe

-has anyone added cats to this Y pipe, I NEED CATS on the car to pass the sniffer...and i want the car to pass years from now....will this work

-is there anything out there like this...

WHAT SHOULS I DO????

I want to speend money right on do this only once...
