Default LT1 MAF Problem

I just got my computer back from PCMForLess, car starts up fine, but idles a bit rough. The car is running lean, and once it reaches operating temp it starts to studder all through the RPM. I put a scanner to it, and I'm getting a P0100 code. I changed MAF, but still no luck. Just wondering if anyone has had this kind of problem before. Please give my your opinion on this issue.

Are you sure it's P0100? My book only shows MAF codes to be P0101-P0103.

Yup, positive. Is states MAF or VAF Circuit Malfunction. The car has a OBD2 PCM, and I've tried not using the MAF, and the car won't turn on.

but realisticly the MAF will not make the car not start, throw a pressure guage on the rail, than maybe look into an ICM or something of that nature that would couse a no spark condition. Im not saying you are not having a MAF problem i am only saying thats not why your car isnt running

I have a fuel pressure guage inside the car, reads just fine @ 45 psi with the vaccum off. The ICM has been replaced about 2 months ago and recently relocated to read a denser temp. The MAF not starting the car is not a big issue, since its never started without the MAF, even when it was stock. I've even check the MAF wiring and pigtail, and seem to been in good condition. I just rebuilt my stroker, and all sensors were replaced on this new engine.

Was it a new MAF or a used one? A new one I am assuming. Have you tried resetting the PCM by removing the negative battery cable?

check your fuses...I was pulling the same code for months and getting shitty gas mileage. changed the maf didn't work, the wiring...checked the fuse and that was the problem. it was keeping the maf, map and o2's from reading correctly

Hmm, never heard that one before. I'll do that. Do you recall which one it was exactly?

I can't believe it, Thanks REDHOtTransAM...that was it. I checked all my fuses and finally got to the fuse box in the engine bay, there is a fuse that says "Engine Sensor" 20 amp. Pulled it out, and blown. You got me out of a huge dillemma.
