Default I need some help!!!!

Alright, my crank hub spun of my crank, took the bolt out with it. It screwed up the threads inside the crank. I got a new bolt, new crank hub that takes a crank key. If anyone can do this or know a place that can do it today! I need the threads in the crank fixed while the engine is still in the car. I cant get the screw to go in there. I either need the threads fixed or a helacoil (however you spell it). 972-679-5322 Need this done today! Im in texas!

wow, honestly, good luck...
you can try to chase the threads with a tap and see if that works... otherwise you may need a new crank...
i had a similar problem... (my hub didn't fall off) i screwed the threads up when i pulled the hub... i was lucky enough to have some good threads at the bottom...

best of luck to ya...

you can try something with a more course thread since they are ""taller"" and just run it in there...the hub should fit so tight you dont need a bolt...only the balancer(i wouldent reccomend this...

if u screw it up enough u will... and your not going to go from a 7/16" bolt to a 1/2" bolt... i thought about doing this and the 1/2" bolt will not fit thru the hub...(you would have to drill out the hub also...)
unless you yourself did this then i will put my foot in my mouth...
anyway good luck...
