Could be false Knock, get a tune to set it up in it's ranges. If you have it tuned, it needs to be adjusted.

I can assure you that it is false knock. Having headers, and especially the LM will cause a frequency close to what knock is detected as. I was getting my knock retard at various speeds, and a lot in upper RPMs like you have. Get yourself a tune from one of the well known mail order tuners or even dyno tune. They will desensitize your knock sensor to take care of any false knock from the headers. I still get knock retard when I get a tank of bad gas so it is still fully functional and will save your engine in the case of real knock.
