anyone use pacesetter long tubes yet?
have a set of used az speed headers that i cant get to stop blowing gaskets....looking into getting a set of pacesetter longtubes if anyone has any tips or tricks on getting the headers sealed let me know please and also what are your feelings on the pacesetters thanks

I would say they work pretty well...
I just used the copper gaskets that came with them. Ran it for a while, let it cool, then retightned the bolts. Did that a few times over the first few days and they haven't leaked...

im looking into getting the pacesetter long tubes cuz my az speed and marine headers keep blowing the gaskets i have felpro gaskets in it now im on my second set in 2 days the part num is 1406.....like i said im looking into getting the pacesetters if their not too much of a pain to put on and the craftsmanship is good

Do you have a cat on the car? Perhaps that is partially clogged, causing alot of back pressure at the headers? The exhaust will make it's way out of the weakest spot. Just .02 cents. good luck

Ive had to offroad/race longtubes on my car for over 2 years now. Back when I got them they came with cheap paper gaskets that I just plain threw away. Ive been running the Felpro 1406 gaskets without a problem. I used them on my stock motor with the blower, and now on the new mill without a hitch.
