I would say they work pretty well...

I just used the copper gaskets that came with them. Ran it for a while, let it cool, then retightned the bolts. Did that a few times over the first few days and they haven't leaked...

the emission hookups fit horrible on mine and I've had an annoying egr leak for the last year or so because of it and I just personally dislike headers with slip fit connections.

Do you have a cat on the car? Perhaps that is partially clogged, causing alot of back pressure at the headers? The exhaust will make it's way out of the weakest spot. Just .02 cents. good luck

Ive had to offroad/race longtubes on my car for over 2 years now. Back when I got them they came with cheap paper gaskets that I just plain threw away. Ive been running the Felpro 1406 gaskets without a problem. I used them on my stock motor with the blower, and now on the new mill without a hitch.
