I'll post a clip if I ever get mine. I've been waiting a month now.

fergymoto, how well does that cam perform in a 350? I love the way it sounds, thinking about it for my 355. What is your powerband and where are your shift points at?

FYI, that car I posted the clip of runs 11.70 at 121 on the motor, with a pcmforless base tune, stock 10 bolt, and launching SOFT so he didn't break anything...it's le2 heads on a 355 also.

It's a little big for a 350, mainly why I have ordered a custom grind from Bauer. I want to get the most out of my setup and this was not a good choice of cam for it IMO. My shift points are at 6300. We never did get to my peak power when dyno tuning it, we went to 6800rpm and the curve was still climbing, so we let it go up to 7000rpm and we got a little float. So we backed it off to 6800 and set the shift points at 6300. 7000 is a little much for the stock short block anyways.

If you like the sound, a smaller cam will sound similar if the idle is set lower. Mine idles a little higher than I would like, stock tach says ~1200rpm at idle.

Built 355 with LE2 cam on stock heads, sounds pretty good IMO. I told Bret I wanted the damn thing to lope, and this cam does just that. Money well spent, just need to fix all the bugs, and a new tranny. Then off to the track!!!
