Fuel Injector Question...
Any luck on the common BSFC for a nitrous motor?
BTW... BSFC= Brake Specific Fuel Consumption for those who did not know that.
N/A apps =.5bsfc
F.I. apps =.6bsfc
N2O apps = ??bsfc
I don't see where I say you need larger injectors because of high mileage, I say with higher mileage engines with the same injectors the duty cycle goes up because of the wear, As you stated "They may get a little slower over time from wear" this is exactly what I am talking about, they get slower so the duty cycle increases to keep the same amount of flow needed to establish the commanded A/F. I can tell you that what I say is not what I heard, read or from someone else telling me, This is from my personal experience tuning cars for the past several years, People think that when the spark plugs are all carbon fouled up that just because they clean them and they look like new they perform the same, this is not the case, I am saying the I would go with larger injectors because of the spray....I also agree not to waste your time with the 30lbs just go up to 36 or 42lb
