rod bearings...
it wasnt my fault though there was epoxy in the heads, improperly installed pushrods and blocked coolant tubing!

i agree with Ellis, good one.

but most importantly i would bet that no one has broken their 6 speed as many times as I have, lmmfao!!! 3 times last year alone, 2 times the year before that, 2 times the year before that, 1 time the year before that, 1 time the year before that. i have broken the output shaft 2 times, input shaft 2 times, 3-4 keys x2, 3 gear into five pieces last november! i hope this year it will last, ha ha ! maybe if i don't just drive it i will be ok! don't get me started on ring and pinions, lmao!!!

2 tranny mounts untill I finally went with an Energy Suspension one
2 Transmissions

Thats it. I rebuilt the motor because I didn't want to do the heads and cam on a stock 97k bottom end. Only has 97, 700 on it now.

Cause I dont think red doors would look that great on a blue car My locks are jacked up too. So Im just gonna change the whole doors. It will be easier and its getting painted anyway. Just another reason to hurry up and get it done.

4- 4L60es, 1 Stock, 3 rebuilds, I am on my 5th right now from Monster Motorsports and it seems to be bullet proof. I have run it harder than any other I have had and it is a no bullshit transmission! I have tried to break it while it was under warranty, unlimited mileage for 1 year, with no success. Its the difference between rebuilt and remanufactured.

Mine is short, but it happened within 100 miles of buying the car...

Horrible rear end whine after doing a huge burnout around 65 miles, Spun rod bearing at 93 miles, pulled the motor and found 2 broken rings, scored bores and lots of sludge buildup from pervious owner neglecting regular maitence.

Now new crank, pistons, bearings, cam, heads, TB, tune, gears, stall, exhaust, yadda, yadda, yadda.

So far I'm only about $3000+ into the car (mostly motor) and I haven't even got to drive it 100 miles yet, but it should be back together in the next few weeks

Two stock opti then got a dynaspark some how blew up a dynaspark (I think I was the first and only person to ever kill one) but they replaced it for no charge
Stock tranny mount replaced it with a poly
Two sets of stock engine mounts replaced with polys
Harmonic balancer
Powersteering pump
Two sets of stock style wires, one set of otv wires
Fuel pump
10 bolt was whinning so bad I was just waiting for it to blow up any day so I bought a 12 bolt
Stock water pump
Stock clutch right after I put in a cc306 and polished heads
Brand new throwout bearing right after I put the new clutch in haha
A/C compressor
Probably around ten o2 sensors before I just welded my damn slip fit header primary

Another happy owner of roll windows
That's all I can think of for now besides the usual gas, tires and the bank
