Datamaster tuners come in
Datamaster tuners come in I just got all my stuff set-up to scan my car. Is there somewhere i can go to give a a quick run down on what everything stands for? I know what everything is but there some stuff i dont know. Like the TDC Err. and i got 3 of um. Can someone guide me somewhere? I read all the stuff on the "help" page datamaster has and it tells me what everything stands for but what are some good and bad numbers i should be keepin a eye on?

DTC errors are all of the codes that your computer set for various things

well i got these 4 codes...
#21 = TPS high
#26 = CCP electrical fault
#27 = EGR electrical fault (i got EGR delete)
#48 = MAF system fail <----------------------most concerned with. The "demo car", the MAF reading was alwasy changing with the speed of the car and got as high as 220 AFGS. My reading never moved and is sitting at 471.38, lol. Hummm

dude, this program is KICKASS!! Only had to buy the cable and it was $65 shipped brand new. And datamaster shows you a LOT. Just figured out my MAF is not working, so it just paid for itsself there!! I got the cable from www.aldlcables.com and got the USB interface cable. DONE! And it comes with the driver disc and a bunch of programs to DL for free.

sweet.....i was lookin at buying a cable from akmcables.com so i could get their "Y" cable with both connectors for OBD1 and OBD2 style connectors. i'm sure if i get this some of my friends will want to bum the computer from me all the time to do some data runs!
well this cable can do both from my understanding but the programs only scan the computer to make sure everything is tuned right and everything is working. Then you need to buy a program, $70, to actually burn your computer.
