I've never heard anything about them. IMO you can't beat a regular old copper core AC or Autolite plug. Most of the fancy plugs on the market today are just gimmicks designed to separate you from some more of your money.

I've used both the AC Rapidfires and the Bosch Platinum +4s with very good results, however neither one gave me any "seat of the pants" performance improvements....

I know a guy that shelled out almost $8 a plug on a set of iridium plugs and fouled them in less than a half hour. Stick to cheap copper! A plug is a plug! What do regular ACs cost?

I have had good luck with Rapidfires in several different cars. For your mods, they will work fine. In more heavily modified cars, stick with standard copper plugs. The negative to them is they don't last as long. The reason iridium or platinum plugs are highly touted is because they will "last" 100k miles with normal, unmodded engines but they do not provide as much performance. Most new cars come with these which is why the manufactors say there cars have no scheduled tune-ups for 100k miles. But you should not use them if you have mods, such as LTs. Hope this helps.

Bosch +2 and +4 are so silly. One main electrode arcing to 4, doesn't reduce wear, and yet at the same time it can't spark to more than one electrode. The only thing that would rock is if they had a chip inside that would let you control which one you wanted to spark to, which would allow you to have them all gaped different for running hotter or cooler sparks

NGK and AC Delco is the way to go.

NGK TR55's is what I have run for 3 years now. I used to run the AC Rapidfires but switched to NGK's because they are cheaper. But i had no problems back in the day when I used them.

I tried a couple sets of NGK and kept fouling them out. I went to Autolite cuz they were even cheaper yet. Had good luck outta those.

Well let's ask this. What did they cost? What's the improvement over regular AC's? Are they platinum? Are you going to be using nitrous?

Go for it then. If they're not pre gapped, just make sure you gap them correctly.
