Looking to by the SJM ABS delete kit. How do I know if I have a 4 channel or a 3 channel ABS.

 

Its probably 3channel, but

Look to see how many brake lines go to the rear of the car from the ABS unit under the hood. there should be 2 going to each side of the front, then one to the rear, or two to the rear, just depends on the vehicle..

 

I think all the LT1's are 3-channel.

 

i was told at the horse power house if u have traction control it is 4 channel if not then you have 3 channel

 

I don't have TC, so you are probably right with that. Someone with TC chime in..

 

LOL I asked this like a month ago if you have Trac control you have 4-channel if not then you have 3-channel. Also if you want if you have TC and delete the ABS you can delete the TC also.
