im building 383 ported heads hooker lts 411posi 6speed need cam and dnt kno witch one to pik any help would be awsum thank u

I am thinking of putting a Comp Cam 305 or 306 in my 383 that is goin to be a daily driver.

Well, my buddy had one that was 236-242 @ .050, 540ish lift, he loves it, it was a custom grind from comp, but there is one that is close. Runs HARRD, same as you, ported heads on a 383. Good luck.

I would recommend getting a custom grind, if you really want to get all the power that you can out of it. do you have flow numbers for the heads?
