if you have not yet, swap in a hotter thermostat to help clean up your emissions that you put out.

i have a 160 degreet thermostat, k&n intake, throttle body airfoil, and nitrous...
i did some reading online and someone said if you drove on the highway it would clean out the hydrocarbons... is this true? the exhaust is still stock from the factory. i know the hydrocarbons have something to do with the cat. but i only missed by 1 point. i was thinking about getting a borla cat-back exhaust, do you think this will help me pass that test or will it make me fail a different test?? someone said to put drygas in before i go...
So i should put a hotter thermostat in ??
Thanks for the help guys...

I feel ya pain. My h/c setup failed h/c also...barely. If your motor is still stock, I don't see any reason why you should fail. As stated already, make sure the car is fully warmed up before testing.

you have to drive the car for about 10-15 minutes before you take the test to heat up your cat. if you do that i bet you pass no problem.

yeah, if you barely failed with it cold then you'll have no problem with it at normal temp.
