it runs very smooth at low rpm's but once i put my foot in it. and i get to about 3800 or so, it starts to vibrate a little. it was vibrating REALLY bad when the 02 were out. but now its not as bad.
so do you think it could still be a misfire even though it is smooth at lower rpm's? but also my father was there when the everything was getting assembles, and he swears it is balanced. but i am not saying that I am 100% sure that it is balanced. also could it be a bad motor mount or something?

I think it is some kind of Ignition problem..
Something is definately out of place. Something can be out of Balance, and giving it a false Knock, a Piston/Rod can be in the wrong spot in the Engine, I say that cause mine were setup to go into an exact spot..
Go kicks that guys ***, just don't use my **** to do it with..

Sorry but your motor sounds fucked. That is a TON of water going through the motor on startup so it probably killed all chance of the rings sealing decently. He probably didn't balance the rotating assembly either (have to do more than just the crank) which is why it's vibrating. Doesn't sound like it will last long IMO.
