ok well i might have figured out the prob... i figured since the speedo quit working that that was the speed sensor quitting...i also figure that since the car no longer knows how fast its going that it wouldnt let itself shift...let me know what you guys think about that

Some times it happens like that.. My Fuel Pump went out at a friends house..right in his Drive Way.. that was some funny ****..
What was even better is that he has no knowledge of F-bodies, so when I cut in the Acess Panel to get to it, he was like "WTF..it's that easy..

I got to change it again soon for the 402..putting in a Walbro 255..

yeah..well im still screwed...got a brand new rebuilt tranny..and it still has the same effing problem... 
the fluid in the other tanny was not pretty..very dark red brownish color with tons of metal..the is no doubt that it was toast...but im still having the exact same problem with the new tanny...sigh
