Man, how could you leave out so many good ones and claim because it's not those THREE choices, we don't care lol
Valvoline for me. I generally use 10w30 in GM V8s. I've never used Synth or Synth Blend, but I've used Max Life (High Mileage).

I like to run extra virgin olive oil...
No I actually just run Castrol GTX 5w30. I was going to switch over to synthetic back when the engine reached 10k but I asked G-Force Motorsports they said all they run is conventional oil in their Lt1s so I stuck with it. No problems, no leaks, oil change every 3k and have around 12k since the rebuild.

I acctually use Castrol synthetic blend 10/40 and Lucas synthetic oil stabilizer. Car hold 35 psi at idle warm and 65 psi at WOT. Have come a firm believer in the Lucas oil stabilizer.

than you believe in crap All the lucas oil stabilizer is, is an oil thickener. You're better off just buying a thicker weight oil. Plus the lucas stuff loves to trap air in the oil, that can cause foaming. Not something you want in an oil additive.
Lucas Virgin Oil Sample
TBN - 0.1
Visc - 615.3
FP - 435
Calcium - 3
Magnesium - 1
Phosphorus - 4
Zinc - 2
