car surges with new 02 sensor

my car use to run pretty good with a code of a bad bank 2 02.

so i went to the junk yard and grabbed one off a blazer cuz it was the same 4 wire 02. i put it in and now the check engine light is off and it surges at part throttle. the air fuel drops to lean. as soon as i give it half to full throttle it shoots back up to rich and the stumbling goes away

looks like you got another bad 02. one time I bought a bad one right off the shelf.

the check engine light isnt on anymore though. so how can it be bad? it runs real lean at part throttle then runs good and rich at full throttle
