I'm not sure, but I think relays work, or don't. Much like fuses. I don't think there is a "half ***" with them.
Like I said for fuel related, I think it'd have to be the regulator, if not that, a rrrrrreaaaaaaaallllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyy plugged up fuel filter.
BTW you ever stuck a fuel pressure gauge on it and turned the key forward (just before starting)? Do that, see if it brings it up to 43psi and holds.

I would say bad opti + bad coil. Also clean the MAFS and when they fixed the fuel pump did they put a new fuel filter on the car? that is all I can think of

Filter is easy enough that you can do it. Assuming you have at least 2 wrenches or 1 and a crescent It's just under the car towards the back. Follow the fuel lines and it'll lead you right to it. Being so easy, that's not worth paying someone, even a friend But if he's willing to do it free, then by all means lol

As long as you keep enough money to rebuild it when it goes. You'll have the upgraded parts already then. If it's highway miles it's not AS bad, but still even if they were all highway that still equates to around 200K.

Well put it like this. If it's got that many miles on it, and you decide to do heads and cam, might as well pull the whole damn thing and just have it all fresh. If it's just bolt ons, sure. But if you're going real far in, might as well go all the way.

i bet its the opti but just liek everyone else is saying take it to someone and they'll find out for ya... when i first got my car i was driving it and parked it, walked out and wouldn't start anymore. bought a fuel pump, regulator. and that **** and still nothing... then a friend said dude change your opti and i said why! its still has spark and he said jsut change it. so i did and it fixed it! crazy huh!

Dude, I BOUGHT my car with 94K because that's still fairly NEW for an LT1. People still put NOS on theirs @ 150K. 200K is the old 100K for the SBC
