Hooker LT's + Mufflex ORY = Clearance issues?

Hooker LT's + Mufflex ORY = Clearance issues? Just wondered if anyone else has run into this. When we put up the Longtubes a couple weekends back the driver side collector was pointed straight into the Transmission support bracket. We did some minor grinding and did a little "customization" of the pipe coming off that collector into the Y-pipe. Wasnt a huge deal really, just wondering if anyone had encountered similar clearance issues with this setup?

I have a set of Grot Headers on my car and mufflex y. If you ask me, the Y was a POS. I had to cut 2in of the drivers side of the Y and weld the 2in piece onto the pass side for it to be even close to fitting. It took a really serious BFH mod to get the thing to stop banging around, along with custom brackers (good thing I know a welder
