Default 98-02 TA Front Clip Conversion and 12 bolt

What all is needed besides the obvious fenders, bumper cover, hood, headlights? This is for a 93 TA.

and what do I get a 12 bolt out of that will work in the TA?

Radiator core support... the large metal thing that goes between the fenders that the bumper and headlights mount to.

as for 12 bolt, wasnt aware it was sold in any regular cars, just produced by various companies.....

So the only 12 bolt that will fit is like a moser unit for like 2300? There wasnt a car made with a 12 bolt that has the right width for an fbody?

You'll need an aftermarket 9inch or 12bolt, both available from moser. I think the 9inch was actually slightly cheaper, although my memory may be bad.

No stock rearend that fits these cars is worth a ****.

Why aftermarket? Is there not a 12 bolt that is close to the right width from an older car that I could weld brackets on?

how about a 12 bolt from a 67-69, or 70-73? not sure its exactly the same width, but worth looking into.

I have done the front end conversion and you do not need to change the core support.

Do a search and you will find all the info you need.
