Need Help Asap!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My brother's 94 formula won't start.The motor cranks over, But it just won't start. It has new spark plugs, new wires, just finished installing new opti and I replaced the coil that sits in front of the driver side head. It has spark and it has fuel. When I try to turn it on it makes a humming sound coming from the coil or the black EGR circular box somewhere aroun there. Any ideas on what it could be? Ergent help please. This is my bro's DD

The LT1 Module can't be checked. Some parts stores may have a way of "hotwiring" it to seem like it's testing it. But this is the only module that can't be tested. If it has spark, then it isn't the module.
You said it HAS spark. Did you test at a plug or coil? If you have spark at the coil and not the plug, you might have forgot or done something wrong in the Opti.

Ignition fuses in the box checked?? Flooded possibly?? If the ignition fuse is good, try pulling the injector fuses and cranking for a few seconds to clean out the cylinders and see what happens.
