Herter got back to me last night and he thinks that the right bank has an exhaust leak or weak O2 sensor causing the computer to think that the engine is running extremely lean and is compensating with extra fuel. I will check this out probably tomorrow night.

Here is what I tried tonight. I searched for an exhaust leak and found nothing ahead of the O2 sensor. I did find one directly after the O2 sensor. (would that cause this?) I changed the O2 sensor because Herter mentioned that it could be a weak one. This changed nothing. The right bank still read 151 and the left at 128. If I revved it up a little and held it the reading would eventually hit 128. So at this point I'm thinking that there has to be a leak that I can't find. So just as an experiment I disconnected the O2 sensor on the R side and somehow it read the same as when it's hooked up. Confused by this I thought that maybe somehow the right side on the scanner could possibly be the driver side so I unhooked this one also. There was no change in the readings from when hooked up. So my question now is how does it know if it is lean or rich without the sensors hooked up? What gives?
