Hawk is right, you would need a 3.23 carrier for it to work.
I believe the differences is the lower gears, the ring gear is fatter, so the carrier is a bit smaller. If that IS the case, you'd have to shim the HELL out of the gears, which would suck. HOWEVER I could be wrong, and it's all backwards haha.

Any car that came with 3:23 and higher (series 3 carrier). Mostly stick shift cars, and some special order auto's.
You can get adapters, but I heard they're not recomended.
