soak the header bolts with penetrating fluid and ESPECIALLY you AIR fittings on the manifold im in the middle of a lt header install right now and the biggest bitch was the AIR fittings every thing else is pretty good and you might want to find some step by step instrustions there a pretty big help to .....good luck

thanks guys. the headers i bought and recieved are race style, and the only emissions i have left are the cats.

i just spent 2 hours on the ****** passenger side manifold it is a BITCH just rember take off the egr BEFOR you take off your manifold and take off the O2 sensor befor you take off your manifold and all i got to say for the passenger side is GOOD LUCK....did any one else have a terible time with the passenger side?

i ordered the 22nd, the headers were shipped the 25th, got them the 27th. i am still waiting on my y-pipe.

I had an issue with the EGR tube in the back but thats about it.
My driver side header is in and bolted up. I need to get the right Fitting for the EGR to fit and than the driver side is done. Friday I'm going to put the passenger side header in. It's going to be a bitch I can't wait...

did any one have problem with egr becasue the tranny dip stick was right next to it and then on the drivers side right at the end or the collector there to close to the bottom of the car and i dont think i can get my y-pipe on .....doin headers is the WORST at least for me

tell me about it,I having a very very hard time installing my jet hot's.When I first got started I thought everything was going to go smoothly like it did on my ls1.But as you can tell by the pictures in the thread below everything is going not so smoothly...lol
