just ordered headers, have a few ?s
edit: i will be keeping the stock catback on there for the time being. where can i find a 3" to 2.5" reducer?
Stubby (short) wrenches come in VERY handy working in the tight spaces around the manifolds/headers. I know it sounds stupid, but tie a string in a loop through the closed end, and put it over your wrist. That way WHEN you drop the wrench (and you will) you won't be fishing for it.

first thing i did after i bought it. there is a new picture of it on my fquick page, i just havent made it sig compliant yet. unfortunately, i didnt have the cash for a strano/koni setup
Headers are not that bad to do, you might end up unbolting the Motor Mounts and raising the Engine.
Personally I buy the O2 Extentions, like the ones from Thunder Racing..but those Sensors that you have will work. I have never used the Wiring that comes with the Headers for splicing.
As far as tools go..I have a little $70 Stanley Set that is about 150 pieces, I have bought some others on the side, but I can pretty much tear the whole Car apart with it..I've done that a few times now..
