To add to your check list, try going back to factory plug wires. Those plug wires you have could cause problems. if your too lazy to swap it out, at least ohm them out.

did all of it and nothing fixed it. actually the car finally should me itself what it is.
The car had a oil leak then i guessed i missed and pretty much the oil was flowing into the opti.

So, its deffently the opti oh well thanks for the help guys.
