Catbacks require welding, at least the ones I have had and seen are all welded and then clamped over.
You can get O2 SIMS from any of our sponsors.
EDIT* This might help a bit more. Your O2 Sim will replace the final O2 sensor, you can just run it closer to the engine as a pigtail, it wont need a reading as it 'simulates'
