Default Miss in mid-high rpm..

I've got a slight miss around 4500-5500rpm, and Im entirelly sure what it is..Coil or the fuel pump are the oldest of the parts that would cause this problem..I have a gauge I could put on the pump, but how could I watch it, whilte Im doin a WOT blast?? If its bad/weak, the needle should move, while at WOT, correct? How would i check the coil, with a volt meter?? What should it read?? Need a little help guys

He's got a continuity test for the coil, but basically that just shows that its gettin' power, right? What about the ICM?
