Actually NGK is one of the more expensive copper plugs. Autolites are about $1.08 each at Wal-Mart and Champions I don't think are much more if any than that.

They aren't copper - they are the platinum.

The V power plugs most of us use are not platinum. Their G power plugs are platinum.

NGK TR55's are not platinum, they do make an NGK plat plug though for our cars. I don't use them or care to.

My post was TR55GP. These plugs are the platinum version.

That is why I thought the price was good.

Yeah I kinda missed that too, so we were pretty much saying the same thing. Anyway, but as far as the copper plugs go, the V power plugs are about the same price as the platinums you were talking about.

NGK is made by Acdelco if i'm not mistake. If the car is all factory and you don't plan to do any major modification's I would just put acdelco back in it. The factory used them because they work. No matter what you decide stay away from bosch. They are the biggest piece of crap ever made.

cuz if one already exists, why create another one, and be told. "try the seach button"

i thought why not bring one back. and i just tried changing the plugs, i got access to all but 3 of them. No clue how to get to them so im just gonna have someone do the work for me. Cuz i dont have the tools, or idea of what tools to use to get it done.

in the firebirds and the camaro you have to get them from underneath the car, and when i done mine, i found it soooooo much easier to remove the alt. to get the front left one out, pain in the ***? YES IT IS!!!!! worth paying someone to do it? only if your a complete ******* idiot, or have no tools!

If you are N/A or near stock run NGK TR55GP's gapped around .045-.052 what I found best.

Spray run NGK TR6's gapped around .032-.038
