I think he is saying that for the original person who I believe has a 97.

Yea, the O.P. is installing race version long tubes. He only needs block off plates for the feed pipe and E.G.R. valve on the back of the intake. Then if his 93 is like my 94, he will need to cap the vacuum line that goes to the intake from the E.G.R. solenoid. Nothing more needs to be done.

Yea, I thought I programed out that solenoid, but apparently not as it throws a code after I disconnect it. So I just unplugged it from everything, capped it, and left it plugged in heh.

Still wouldnt be AIR fittings on the back of the manifold.

No need to get defensive, I was just stating that for reference.

No it doesn't need a plate (where did I say that?) just a small vacuum cap.
