Default Car wont start! Need help ASAP

Ok the transmission and engine are back in the car (94 from my sig) and I am using a 95 6 speed harness and what I believe to be either a 94 ecu or a 95 (I have two). The car cranks over just fine but there is no fuel and there isnt spark. Thought maybe it was VATS but the security light comes on when you turn the key but it stays solid and then turns off a couple seconds after that. The fuel pump will prime if you connect a wire to the lead by the ecu and it will build and hold around 45psi no problem. Checked all the wiring and can only find two grounds that aren't connected. One is a small one coming from the harness that runs right under the ABS block and goes up in front of the radiator. The other is a strap that I am told runs from the coil ground to a 10mm bolt on the frame by the ABS block.

The ICM checks out fine (Advanced Auto checked it 5 times and it passed all 5 times). We did a test using Shoebox's website where we used a volt meter on the ICM with the key on but didn't get anything there. We're not sure where to go from here?

Please some one help me so I can get this out of the garage.

Well if you have spark at the coil then check at the plugs. If you don't have it there then look at the opti.

Ad definitely make sure all the grounds are connected properly.

Being that this is my first Lt1 car I don't know a ton about the opti and this is something I don't know. As far as I know, everything is plugged into it correctly but still no spark at the coil?

Those two grounds I mentioned in my first post, would those cause any problems?

OPTI is in the Front under the Water Pump, the Wire from the Coil goes to it, as well as the Harness Plugging into it.
Have you got constant Fuel Pressure now that you connected it, and have you connected the Grounds?

oh my bad, I was thinking you were saying you had spark at the coil.

Well in that case, you might have a bad coil, or a bad connection between the coil and pcm.

And yeah you definitely want all grounds to be connected.

Didn't get a chance to connect the grounds today as I spent the afternoon doing some much needed laundry...

I carefully connected everything when I put the cam in and spent quite a bit of time making sure the opti was installed right so I don't think thats it. This week I am getting a new opti harness because the opti side clip on mine is broke and it just kinda sits in the plug for it. Theres a small chance this might be the problem but I just haven't been able to do anything with it because all the dealerships were closed by the time I figured it out.

Maybe this is Jesus saying I just need to LS1 swap my car instead.
