I feel your pain man... I am having the same exact problem and my whole motor only has 1000K on it since the rebuild.. but i am getting a ticking noise from the rocker and pushrod from the #4 cylinder... so i am waiting for my car to cool down and i am going to go outside and try to figure it out

Spring was my next guess cuz you've done everything else. Maybe pull it off, give it a looksie and reassemble and double check specs.

rockers normally wont get oil at idle...youll need 2500 rpm or more to get oil at every rocker....
also aftermarket valvetrain does make more noise than stock...maybe put the cover on a listen...

all my rockers get oil at idle, and a pretty good amount too, then when you rev it then it shoots out and that 1 still nothing. And i know that aftermarket stuff makes noise and i got my one buddy helping me and he knows a lot about all that. Its deff. a problem somewhere.

What about the cam bearings? I am not exactly sure on the oil flow in the motor but if that bearing moved it could possibly screw up the pressure.

I THINK I FIXED IT!!!!!!!

In the whole process i noticed more then normal rubbing on the one pushrod. So i took off the studs and inspected the guideplate. And wouldnt ya know, the noisey one had rubbed away some material away from the guideplate. So i put it back on and got the guideplate as low as i could get it and tighted it down. Ticking gone and now getting oil!! Im crossing my fingers untill tomm. when i could run the car more and really be sure. But as of right now its all good!!!

you know, its the little things you over look and over think. Theres really not much you can adjust on them so i didnt really think it was a deal. But aparently the .000001 in. i moved it down was just that.
