starting to put my motor back together.how do i line the harmonic balancer hub up

i might be wrong but i've always heard line the arrow up with TDC

You dont have to line it up. It can go on any way you like. If it needed to go on a certain way they would have keyed it.

Correction, if you still want to use the arrow mark on the hub, do it when the car is #1 TDC so in the future its good for easy reference.

You will also need a threaded rod, 7/16" fine thread, so you can draw on the hub with out ******* up the crank threads.
