Did you have to shim those springs to handle the lift? Just wondering, I have a CC306 and was thinking of moving up to a GM847 and wasnt sure if my Crane 10308 spring kit that uses those springs would work.

i just put a GM847 cam in my lt4. i should have it all back together and started by this weekend. then its off to the dyno. it made 402rwhp and 408rwtq with the old cam, GM846. so i'm hoping to get @430rwhp or more with the new cam. i also went with a mez elec wp and cloyes dr timing chain this time.
