Well mine will fry them from idle with 3:23s... even at partial throttle, WOT is another story all together... I've gotten mine to about 1500 and played it cool coming out and came out pretty well. I need some DRs something terrible.

stock you should be able to hold till about 1600 before you start spinning, mine with 3.73s and a 2800 stall start to break loose at 2200.

I used to break loose at around 2k. Thise new setup will roast them probably around 3000...the Engine will rev up that fast before the Stall can catch.

I was cutting 2.0s on a stock stall with the stock 3.23's foot braking the launch from 1,600, and slightly feather, till around 2,900, than gave it hell. with your 2.73's, you might be able to get a little more RPM out of it, just have to try. 13.862 @ 99.65 2.010 60' was my best stock pass with that combo on some shitty street tires, with the only mod being the dreaded flowmaster! oh noes, even still had the stock air box ;] Just don't do a burnout, just a quick spin to clean off any dirt, and any of water you might of picked up going around the box.

At the track I drop my air pressure down to 20 psi on street tires, I line up...hit the pre-stage beam...bring the rpm up to 1400...then barely go into the stage beam...then when I just see the third yellow come on take off...I usually cut between a .002 and .040 with a 1.94 to 1.98 60ft. and 13.50 @ 102.

Lol...think the best 60' I ever cut with a stock stall was a 1.99 I think...don't think you can do any better than a 1.90 stock stall...I could be wrong, but that's just my .02

thats what i do and ive been cutting 2.2 60's ... so if i stall up to 1600 and and ease really slow to about 2900 and then gun it i ll be able to get a 2.0 ?

Yea..that would be impressive. I used to cut 1.94's on stock Stall with some BFG's Street Tires on it.
I plan on launchin around 4000RPM with the new setup..
See how long the 10-Bolt that I built up lasts on that one..

You might be able to stall it higher with a lower gear ratio. Give it a try ... 2.2 isn't shabby depending on your track, gear, and street tires.

It will depend A LOT on your tires.

Can't you just give it gas until it breaks loose and find out what YOUR combo does
