it depends on how much power you want to make???If you just want 400 to 450 rwhp i would go with the le2,it would have a lot fatter torque curve and you would be more happy with it on the street.

i would not run a procharger without a built bottom end, thats just my opinion though

a le2 setup you can get by with a stock bottom end

Le2, Then when you are ready, build the bottom end and slap a D1sc on it!
Stay away from the P1sc............JUNK!

What if I get an engine rebuild with forged internals? Which will give more power?

Yes you will be able to make more horsepower with a built bottom end because you would be able to run more lbs of boost.I would personally go with the LE2 package.

the thing I would do if i were you is build the bottom end FOR BOOST....low compression forged internals, etc.

then slap le2 heads on it with a blower cam

run it until you have enough money for a procharger D1SC
and then put that bad boy on

I did it the wrong way and after a year it feels slow, and nitrous is the only thing i can do to it to make it considerably faster. So now im in the process of swapping out the bottom end and doing a D1SC setup that should be pushing 600 rwhp. Costs a lot less when you do it right the first time

i was thinking the same thing as you i was just wondering what one would be better and more streetable either decision you choose ur bottom end will probally go shortly after ......only if the procharger wasnt 5 grand id probally go with that

i spent just under 5 grand to go from stock to le2 full bolt-on

but now if later i decide to go with a blower i will already have all the supporting mods, just need a cam and piston swap
