Me?

I had another OEM style SS hood, thats gone though. I thought it would fit my singleplane without modification, I was wrong.

I think that 3 inch cowl is pretty sweet. Especially with the added room to fit the LS style intake. Does the sunoco have room for a LS style intake?

from what i figured out it doesnt. the cowl starts too far back underneath so it wont cradle around the front of the lid.

It is made by ASCD. I picked it up at a salvage yard on a rear ended car. They liked cash, i dislike taxes. I'm certain I paid less than it would have cost just for shipping on a new one.

Does the harwood clear an ls1 lid without problems? I want both but would rather have the hood.

Harwood :

-

Ultra Z

-

-

When I bought my hood, I wanted something I could see from the driver position. The cowl makes the car feel more alive. I don't like the harwood. It just doesn't look that eye-catching at all.
I would much rather have the SS hood then the Harwood, although this is just my humble opinion.

SS Hood:

-

-

-

-

Sunoco Hood

( and yes my hood needs to be adjusted, the corners got pulled some in shipping, still looks ok though, but it does **** me off. )
