they look pretty darn close, and somebody makes those private label for Summit, so you know it has to be either MSD or Accel, and that doesnt look like an MSD

do not buy the accel opti it is total junk.

curious why you say this. i have one on my motor, which i have not run it will the accel yet

Lots of people have had bad experiences with them, like they die easily and have more problems. Go with a GM opti or something like the msd if you want a different style. Budget optis are just asking for trouble.
