hey, im new to all this lt1 gm stuff, came from having a 5.0 stang. but ive been reading about the gm847 cam, and im finding that power is just oozing from this cam (or any cam, in that matter). does the stock lt1 grind suck that much

 

I would recommend getting heads too, that is the big bottle neck for the LT1's. i would commend Lloyd Elliot. a lot of people run his heads and cam packages. i think it is very good bang for the buck. i hear of a lot of the LE2 packages hitting 11's with the right setup.
