Default Ran into a small problem.....

I am wondering. i have a 97 z28. i bought a gm blaster coil that was "supposed" to fit my application. i went to put it on and the connector is different. the one on the new coil is square....the one on my existing coil is flat. any ideas on what the heck is going on here? is there some kind of harness conversion or something?

you have the later coil connection, they have I believe four flat pins, while the earlier have that big chucky looking connector.

this is the one you need

more than likely you bought this one
