Alright I know this wont do much as far as power and not sure if its needed and any help would be great

This car doesn't have a cat or airpump (bought it like this)
So heres what im unsure about, would the checkengine/gauges lights be on unless its already had been programmed/or have the deletes?

Also is there a way to check if the computer for the proper tune to go with the mods, I think programming again maybe the only way to be sure..
If thats the case anyone in the Houston area got the eqipment to get this done, and I know its not free
