19" drag radials would be pretty worthless

Why would they be worthless? Drag radials don't have a wrinkle wall.

It's actually a fine little cam. Most people are of the bigger is better mentality. You can make more power with other cams even ones of similar size but the Hot cam is still a good piece, especially for DD'S

Its a great cam for a DD, and it has plenty of power for its size. But i am a bit disappointed with how the torque falls pretty bad after about 4800rpm. I think that might just be mine though. I gotta look into it...

and they do make 19" radials.

But i think id rather get a set of 17"s with radials instead of on these 19"s.

Nice, gives me hope....... Although I already have seen a rwhp number for the motor I have sitting here, so I'm not worried about hitting the same numbers you got out of the hotcam.

It looks like it was caused by valve float to me...

As little sidewall that the 19's allow (which does make a difference) and as heavy as 19's are, just stick to street tires. Thats expensive enough anyways.

Looks like its time for some 918's moe

im still curious for 2 things, why alvin uses the STD correction (not a big deal at all) and why he never said anything or dealt with your power drop off. Sure it seems like you have great peak numbers but your torque completely drops off the face of the earth way too early. Does he think its normal for you to be having that much of a drop off even when the rpms arent really that high at all.

I talked to Alvin about it. He made a few suggestions, one being that the rockers might be a little too tight? So i think i might redo my rockers, than dyno it again, and see what happens.
