My intake was highly modified and I am about $600 in welding alone. My Guy is good and I can not weld aluminium. there is anouther $500-600 in porting and flow work on and off a flow bench. Plenum volume is about 2/3s more then stock.
the top plate was made that way for porting and flowing purposes only. It is Bolts and siliconed back on.

We did fin the higher we made the plenum the better it flowed. It flowed best with the top off.
We tried all kinds of ideas on the intakes. they seem to be working but we have yet to do a stock to modified intake dyno. Just not quite as easy as a LSx
