ok i have a 94 lt1 in my 70 chevelle withh everthing from the donor car..all wiring,sensors ,etc. my problem since i installed it about 5 years ago.. i was never able to read my codes. when i try jumping the diagnostic port terminals, the light never flashes or comes on and i just hear the high fans come on. please let me know of any possibilities.

also forgot to mentioned i tried hooking up a snap on scanner at work and said there is no connection.
